5-Year Warranty Coverage
Our products are covered by a 5-year warranty, which includes:

2-Year Full Parts Warranty:
Covers key components such as the power supply, fans, VDE, power cord, bulbs, LED diodes, COBs, and more. During this period (starting from the delivery date), we will ship replacement parts at no cost, or you may send the light to our repair center for free servicing. -
3-Year Extended Warranty:
Applies to all parts. Replacement parts will be provided free of charge; however, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Important Disclaimer
The warranty becomes void if:

The unit has been tampered with or damaged due to misuse.

The warranty seal is broken without prior consent.

Damage results from abnormal use (e.g., water exposure, incorrect voltage, dropping or breaking the light, or disassembly).
Titan Grow Lights reserves the right to deny warranty service if the product damage is determined to be caused by customer misuse or negligence.
We are only responsible for issues that are not caused by the customer. If a problem arises, please contact us first via email or phone. We will guide you through the appropriate steps. Do not open the light without our authorization. As we are based in China, our warranty process may differ from your local repair services—please keep this in mind.
Warranty Procedures
Minor Repairs
For small issues like power supply or LED board replacement, please send us photos of the unit powered on. Once we diagnose the problem, we will:

Send replacement parts at no cost, or

Allow you to ship the light to our repair center for service.
If you attempt a repair and the replacement part does not resolve the issue—or if the problem is more complex—a full replacement unit will be provided. The defective unit must be returned in its original packaging. Missing parts or damage to the returned unit may incur additional fees.
Shipping Damage Upon Arrival (SDUA)
Before signing for your package, inspect it carefully. If the light appears damaged during transit, do not accept the delivery. File a damage claim with the shipping carrier and refuse the shipment. Once the damaged item is returned to us, we will ship a replacement unit at no extra cost.
